Abstract

|
A semiquantitative evaluation of renogram in 200 patients who admitted to Han Yang University Hospital was performed with various parameters.
Among 200 subjects, 80 cases were normal (group A) and another 80 cases were essential, hypertensive patients without complicated nephropathy(group B) and the remained 40 cases were hypertensive patients with complicated nephropathy(group C).
The results were as followings;
I) There is statistical significance in correlation between each those group A, group B and group C on analyzed values of Tmax, Qs, QE and R.I.
2) In ¨ö T value, there is no statistical significance in correlation between each of those three groups except between group A and group C.
3) The T ¨ö becomes progressively and proportionally delayed from group A to group C. Some cases with greatly delayed value(over 20 minutes) was not evaluated.
4) QE, QS and Tmax are the most significant and simplest parameters in this study.
